What you buy

A one-time payment of $149 USD gives you personal access to the current 150-question bank, explanations, practice modes, timed mock exams and performance by domain for 400 days from purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for the sale and shows any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST before you pay. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

You can use your access on multiple personal devices. Your purchase email contains an access link; you can request a new sign-in link in the app. Progress is stored separately in each browser. Keep access links private.

Content and affiliation

This is an independent educational resource with AI-assisted questions. Independent expert review is pending. It is not affiliated with ABLM, ACLM or IBLM, does not contain recalled exam questions, and does not replace required training. It is for exam preparation, not clinical decisions. We do not guarantee an exam result.

Pass-or-refund guarantee

Answer at least 80% of the bank before sitting your exam. If you do not pass, email hello@lifestylemedicineqbank.com within 60 days of receiving your result, with your purchase email, a screenshot of your progress, and a score report showing the exam and result. You may redact unrelated personal information. We refund the QBank purchase; exam fees and training costs are not covered. These terms do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
